Rates
All rates are subject to a half-hour minimum and are prorated per quarter. Thereafter rates for additional facilities and services not listed will be quoted upon request if available.
All rates are subject to change without notice.
All dates and /or package prices are not confirmed until deposit is received
All rates DO NOT INCLUDE sales tax. Sales will be added at the time of signing.
Availability
Rapture Production schedules facilities and services as they are available and reserves the right to assign and change its facilities at its own discretion
Cancellations
Cancellation of scheduled facilities will be accepted within a five hour working hours on a scheduled session without penalty
Miscellaneous
Rapture Production shall not be liable for any injury to person or property of the customer, its agents or other personnel occurring in or about the facilities operated by the company.
Videotape stock supplied by the company shall be limited to the warranty of the manufacturer.
Rapture Production reserves the right to refuse service on any tape format. Tape supplied by the customer, for its own use, is only acceptable at the discretion of the company
